" "Real Estate Agent Kari Carnes was referred through a friend at work. The thing that was immediately apparent about Kari, was her attentiveness to my personal situation. I spoke to Kari about what I was looking for and specific needs I was requiring, such as specific school district, access to the turnpike, number of bedrooms and square footage of the home. Within a couple of hours of that initial conversation, she was sending me possible listings which matched my narrow parameters. I selected several homes to look at, and Kari was always on time to these appointment, moreover with her husband being a contractor, she had special knowledge about what to look for in finding a structurally sound home.
