Kari brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her into this field. Kari knows the Oklahoma City and surrounding suburbs very well – the demographics, the school districts, the traffic, home types, market conditions and finer points of living experience and conditions there in. Kari was patient through our buying experience. She did not demonstrate any high pressure tactics while decision making. We looked at about 20 houses and Kari was very accommodating and flexible of our time constraints and our calendar. Once we made the decision to buy a particular house, Kari was extremely responsive and speedy with paper work sometimes even working very late in the night and very early in the morning to accommodate our travel schedules. She even navigated some of the back office and logistical work with the bank and closing offices to help us in absentia. Also Kari was very informative as we were negotiating and was very balanced and fair in her approach, which is very important as buyers and sellers both need to “win” in a transaction. She entertained many questions, found answers, helped with inspections and also where needed brought in the expertise of her acquaintances in different trades to help troubleshoot or provide information of any issues pertaining to the house to ensure our decision was toward a sound house with potential to safeguard our interests and investments. So in short I would say Kari is more than just your agent; she is a resourceful partner that will support you with many challenging aspects of home buying/selling experience/transaction. She maintained email contact with us before we moved to Oklahoma, sending great listings on a regular basis . Kari would show us houses on our trips to OK and she was very knowledgeable about each of the areas we looked at. The thing that was immediately apparent about Kari, was her attentiveness to my personal situation. I spoke to Kari about what I was looking for and specific needs I was requiring, such as specific school district, access to the turnpike, number of bedrooms and square footage of the home. Within a couple of hours of that initial conversation, she was sending me possible listings which matched my narrow parameters. I selected several homes to look at, and Kari was always on time to these appointment, moreover with her husband being a contractor, she had special knowledge about what to look for in finding a structurally sound home. If I had a question about the structure of the home which she could not answer, her husband was just a phone call away. I never felt pressured into making a decision no matter how many homes we looked at, nor did I ever feel that I was wasting Kari's time. She was always kind and very polite. One house was appealing to me, but Kari said "you buy your neighbors too" and with this little bit of advice I passed. I appreciated this about Kari, because it told me she was looking out for me as a home buyer above her own interests as an Agent. Kari called me one day with "inside" information about a house that a fellow Agent had listed and with one look and Kari's expert opinion, I found my home.

She made it an easy and fun experience. I had been looking at homes for a few months without a realtor because I couldn’t seem to find someone to take me seriously at 24 years old. I ran across a house she had listed and called her for a showing. She was so nice and ended up showing me a number of homes until I found the perfect house. She even referred me to a mortgage company offering bond money that saved me $3000! Every phone call to her was returned promptly and she treated me like I was her only client.
